The apartment is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Lower Haight. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and public transportation. You won't need a car to get around, but if you have one, there's street parking available with a permit. The apartment is also close to popular attractions like Golden Gate Park, the De Young Museum, and the Haight-Ashbury District.
The Apartment
The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout. You'll be sharing the apartment with one other person (me). The room comes unfurnished, but the apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. There's also a shared backyard where you can plant your own vegetables or hang out with friends.
The Roommate
I'm a young professional who works in tech. I'm clean, organized, and respectful of others' space. I like to cook, watch Netflix, and explore the city during my free time. I'm looking for someone who's also a young professional, responsible, and outgoing. If you're into fitness, that's a plus!
The rent is $1,300/month plus utilities (water and garbage are included). The lease is month-to-month, and a security deposit of one month's rent is required. Move-in date is flexible.
